"This is the worst insurance I've ever used .they raise the price on me after I already paid for 6 months they cancel my insurance 2 months early without letting me know and almost got my licence suspended . And basically they're keeping that 2 months of money by saying they added an extra $1,000 that I owe I will never use this insurance again and I would recommend that you don't and they even almost did something similar to my mom and her husband if I could I would give them zero Stars"

"I have had our policies at this office for years. Service has been going downhill. I had an appointment today to discuss policy changes and went in at the scheduled time. I was told that the person I needed to talk to called out which I can understand but they couldn’t call and tell me? Drove all the way there and was told to reschedule. I’m done."

Our insurance had been up for renewal recently, I had received emails and wondered why we had been kicked from our vendors list! I sent Erin an email, as she is our newest contact, questioning, what happened! I walked into the office this morning, turn on my computer, open up our work email, and I see multiple emails from Erin and our Vendors, that we are successfully up to date! "My recent interactions have been not only disappointing but also discouraging. During my attempts to obtain a quote and add a vehicle to my automotive insurance policy, I encountered a level of service that was far below the professional standards I had expected from your company in the past. Specifically, the staff's manner of communication was misleading, causing confusion about my quote and the processes I needed to follow. I was even told that the weather effected the timeliness of information. Such misinformation has not only wasted my time but has also impacted my trust in the information provided by your representatives. Furthermore, the condescending tone employed by the staff was both unwelcome and unprofessional. Instead of feeling supported and valued as a customer, I was left feeling belittled and disrespected. This is not the level of customer service I anticipated when I chose Ben Feller State Farm as my automotive insurance provider. It is crucial for the integrity and reputation of your company that all staff members treat customers with respect, provide accurate information, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. This did not happen. Now I have no choice but to look for another provider."
