"I was scammed out of almost 3k. One of Ben’s employees wrote up my flood zone incorrectly which resulted in 2 years of me having to pay for flood when I put on the original documents I did not want it. For over a year I tried to rectify the problem by calling and Brianna answering and saying multiple times I’m required to have it when in actuality I’m not required until 2027. I had to switch agents as most of my calls were not answered when I needed them. Upon doing that is when the new State Farm agent pointed out the mistake Ben’s office made. Within just the last month I have called his office 3 times to rectify the situation to get my money back to no avail. Unfortunately on to the next step. Bens office was the most unorganized understaffed and incompetent insurance agency I have ever worked with. Please check your forms and make sure especially your flood zones match on your policy so you are also not getting ripped off. I’m disappointed in Ben for hiding and not calling me back when Brianna and other staff have fully filled you in on the mistake that cost me thousands. Hope this helps others when choosing which State Farm agent to go with."

"I started a State Farm quote online. Then Brianna calls me and sends me a quote via email.I need to make some changes to the quote but Brianna goes out of the office for the holidays and is not coming back until January 6th. I need insurance by January 1st so I call and I get a Jake on the phone. I question how Brianna came up with the quote and he tells me he can't help me with that I would have to wait until Brianna gets back. I told him I can't wait because I need insurance by the 1st. Then we went line by line and for some reason his quote is still coming up higher. I read off the discounts that Brianna has on her quote one is low annual miles. He asked me how many miles I drive per year and I'm not sure I could guesstimate so I tell him and he says well that doesn't qualify for low animal mileage. I asked as to how Brianna has it on her quote and he says that you must have told her you drive less miles. I said ...no she never asked me. From the beginning of the conversation, Jake had a combative tone and it carried through to the end when he was dismissive and told me that he would end the conversation. Jake needs a lesson in customer service! Would never use them for insurance!"

"These guys are great! They answer the phone right away and are local. No call center mayhem to deal with. Danielle helped me and was very friendly and thorough. I shopped around for awhile getting quotes and these guys had not only great rates, but excellent customer service. Highly recommend! Hands down the best people and policies. It was a no brainer."
