"We changed agents after a huge rate increase due to SF incorrectly overstating our annual mileage. Our previous agent corrected it eventually but failed to apply our multi vehicle discount and we’re left with being charged the incorrect amount for the past 6 months. "Not a good experience with this insurance agency time after time for years. Unbelievably bad! When I initially bought my home this office forgot to submit my 4 points inspection to corporate after I had submitted it to the office properly during the home buying process. This resulted in State Farm dropping my home insurance a month after I was in my new home! I got a letter from State Farm corporate explaining that they never received the inspection report from me! I have emails as evidence of submission directly to this agent's team but this local office made a mistake. I've been in my home for over 2 years now. I requested info on roof coverage, as I will be replacing mine within the next few years and want to be sure I'm choosing the best roof (metal vs. shingle) for the best insurance coverage and investment in my home. No response after multiple inquiries and it's been 10 MONTHS now! I called the office several times during normal business hours with this question, nobody answers the phones. Ever! I was connected to the State Farm after hours phone service (during normal hours), who took a message for the office. Absolutely NO response from this office via email OR by calling their office on the phone OR by leaving many messages with their State Farm after hours service. My rate was just increased without notice and outside of my renewal date so again I start the process of emailing and calling with no response or return calls. This office ALSO continues to change my address back to somebody else's in their system so I never receive my bills! This is now a privacy concern! My account on my side online shows my correct address, but not the past statements that I can only view online now since they are mailing them to another person in another city! I called to inquire on coverage for a potential claim last year, for an emergency outage. I just needed to know if I can file a claim or if it's not covered--that's it! Yes or no. I was told that an insurance adjuster had to evaluate it and would be at my home 3 days later. I had NO WATER! Then NOBODY EVER SHOWED UP!!! I had plumbers ready to do the work but rescheduled them for State Farm to inspect and take photos, who was a no call no show! That's right-- No State Farm adjuster came to my house when they were scheduled, no call, and no response when I called the office. Calls for days resulted in no answer and no response, as usual. Emails return an auto-reply that they are out of the office--forever?? I had no choice but to proceed with the repairs myself, not knowing if or when State Farm would call or show up since they scheduled and never showed up. I received a call 3 WEEKS after the emergency home repairs by a young lady asking if anybody called me back yet...!? My entire yard had already been completely dug up all the way to the public connection, replaced completely, inspected by the city, buried again, pavers replaced, and my water supply was restored-- by PROFESSIONALS who SHOW UP because I had an emergency with no water to my home and had to have it fixed myself ASAP. This is not one or two issues. This is a boat load!!! Because this office is completely unresponsive, your questions and concerns will go unresolved indefinitely. Needless to say, the service at Ben Feller State Farm is really bad! I'm definitely shopping around for an alternative insurance provider who values and respects my time and my money."

"I'm writing today to give my agent Ben Feller, JP Vargas and Helen Presnell of the Commercial Claims Department a very special Thank You for a job well done on our behalf. Sometimes you don't know how good a team is until you really need them. I've had my personal insurance with Ben and his team for some time, always with excellent service, but no particular problems. But this past year Ben and JP convinced me to move commercial coverages for one of my companies in southwest Florida to State Farm. As usual, Ben's advice was solid, JP worked his tail off, and the SF rates were very competitive -- and they insisted we add commercial wind coverage. Then two months later we were hit hard by Hurricane Ian. Ben sat down with me and helped me compile a comprehensive Statement of Loss to get the claim rolling, and then over a number of very difficult weeks we were able to complete the claim with the able, kind and understanding assistance of Helen Presnell. Bless her heart! There were days when we didn't make it easy for her. I want to say that Ben, JP, Helen and the rest of the State Farm team took very good care of us through this very difficult time, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you. We're not going anywhere. JG"

"I have never had a good experience calling or emailing this office until recently. If you don't speak with Elizabeth (who is great, by the way), dont expect to be helped. There is no follow-up, and agents are always making excuses as to why they can't provide basic quotes or information regarding my account. Months ago, changing my insurance from VA to FL took 5 extensive phone calls over 20 minutes each. I talked to Elizabeth for the first time yesterday, and it was so easy to get the info I needed. She was very helpful. Had to call back today to make a minor change and she's out of the office. Back to horrible customer service. The agent on the phone pretty much laughed at me as he said he was unable to get me any pricing on my yearly rate if I change deductibles (something Elizabeth did in less than 60 seconds yesterday). He refused to connect me with anyone that could, saying nobody would be able to help me. I find that hard to believe. How are people getting paid to work here and provide aboslutely zero help? 9 times out of 10, you will regret having to get in touch with this branch. Always ask for Elizabeth if you do have to call."
